Yogurt Parfait

A simple and refreshing yogurt parfait recipe that stays fresh and crunchy.

Ingredients
  

For the Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Granola your favorite kind
  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup optional

Equipment

  • Glass
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a glass.
  2. Layer half of the berries over the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola on top of the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Chill for at least 5 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

To keep your granola extra crunchy, add it just before serving. You can also prepare the yogurt and fruit layers the night before and add the granola in the morning.
