- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer 2 slices of deli turkey breast onto one half of each tortilla.
- Top the turkey with shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, sliced red bell pepper, and spinach leaves.
- Fold the tortillas in half, then roll them up tightly to create the wraps.
- Slice the wraps in half if desired before serving.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like shredded lettuce, chopped celery, or avocado slices. For a different flavor, try using a different spread like cream cheese or a light vinaigrette.
