Ingredients
  

For the Buffalo Chicken
  • 1 pound Cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce adjust to your spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
For the Wraps
  • 2 Large flour tortillas warmed
  • 1/2 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  3. Lay out each warm tortilla. Spoon half of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese (if using).
  5. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy and flavorful meal together!

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the buffalo chicken mixture. You can also add other favorite toppings like sliced red onion or avocado.
