Method
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to the sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve the pulled BBQ chicken on hamburger buns.
Notes
You can add your favorite seasonings to the sauce for extra flavor. Serve with coleslaw or pickles for a complete meal.
