Peach Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 2 cups frozen peaches cut into chunks
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) into your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey. For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a few ice cubes.
