Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup or to taste
For the Peach Crisp Topping
  • 1/2 cup Chopped fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 tbsp Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Brown sugar

  • Jar or container with lid

Method
 

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the chopped peaches, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar on top of the oat mixture.
  3. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir the contents. You can enjoy it cold or warm it up slightly if preferred.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. If using frozen peaches, thaw them slightly before adding.
