- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef. Add the garlic, onions, burger seasoning, salt, and pepper. Break up the ground beef with a spatula as it cooks.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink and the cream cheese is melted.
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and mustard.
- Spray an 8x11 or 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the ground beef mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and pickle pieces evenly over the beef.
- Drizzle the creamy egg mixture over the top of the casserole.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden. It should be ready around 17 minutes.
- Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.

Notes
You can add other keto-friendly burger toppings like mushrooms or guacamole. If your ground beef has excess oil, drain it before baking. This casserole is a versatile base for many low-carb additions.
