- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
