- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the drumsticks from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the drumsticks on the preheated grill. Grill for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot.

Notes
For extra flavor, you can baste the drumsticks with a little extra marinade during the last 10 minutes of grilling. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
