Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers if desired, or place directly on the grill grates.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe is very adaptable. You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade for a little heat. Serve with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
