- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. You should have about 24 meatballs.
- In a large skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Place the browned meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or on high for 1 to 1.5 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir occasionally. Serve hot.

Notes
You can also make these meatballs ahead of time and reheat them in the slow cooker or oven. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
