- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Lay out a burrito-sized tortilla. Spread a thin layer of sour cream and salsa on one half.
- Top with a layer of the ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Place a taco-sized tortilla on top of the filling.
- Fold the edges of the burrito-sized tortilla inward, over the taco-sized tortilla and filling, to create a sealed package.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more crunchwraps.
