- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Open the biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit flat. Place about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each. Pinch the ends up to seal and roll to form a ball. Place the sealed balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 17-22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
- While the bites are baking, place the melted butter in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Once the churro bites are out of the oven, carefully roll each warm bite in the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Store loosely covered at room temperature for up to 2 days.
