Ingredients
  

Zucchini
  • 2 medium zucchini trimmed and sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the zucchini slices on the preheated grill.
  4. Grill for about 5 minutes per side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other seasonings like garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
