- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the watermelon cubes and halloumi cubes alternately onto the skewers.
- Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil and season with black pepper.

- Remove from grill, sprinkle with chopped fresh mint, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
