Servings: 4 ears
Course: Side Dish

Ingredients

Corn
  • 4 ears of corn in husks

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

Method

  1. Soak the corn in water for at least 30 minutes. This helps the corn steam inside the husks.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
  4. Brush the corn with melted butter, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
  6. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other seasonings like chili powder, garlic powder, or paprika to the butter mixture for extra flavor.
