Garlic Parmesan Potatoes in Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
For the Topping
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped fresh

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, combine the minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the hot potatoes and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For crispier potatoes, ensure they are in a single layer in the air fryer basket and do not overcrowd it.
