Fourth of July Snack Mix Bark

Ingredients
  

For the Bark
  • 12 oz White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Pretzels broken into pieces
  • 1 cup Crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup Red candy melts
  • 1/2 cup Blue candy melts
  • 1/4 cup Star sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Blue sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Red sprinkles

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted white chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the broken pretzels and crispy rice cereal over the melted white chocolate.
  5. Melt the red and blue candy melts separately in microwave-safe bowls, following the same method as the white chocolate.
  6. Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the bark in a decorative pattern.
  7. Immediately sprinkle the star, blue, and red sprinkles over the melted candy melts.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
  9. Once firm, break the bark into pieces.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature.
