Fourth of July Berry Popsicles

Make these easy berry popsicles for your Fourth of July celebration. They are a refreshing and colorful treat.

Ingredients
  

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 cup Water

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  4. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.

Notes

You can adjust the sugar to your preference. For a layered effect, freeze each color layer separately before adding the next.
