Ingredients
  

For the Pretzel Treats
  • 24 mini pretzel twists Pretzel twists
  • 12 oz White chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable shortening optional, for smoother melting
  • 1/4 cup Red sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Blue sprinkles

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips and vegetable shortening (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Dip each pretzel twist halfway into the melted white chocolate, letting any excess drip off.
  4. Place the dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Immediately sprinkle the red and blue sprinkles over the wet chocolate before it sets.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  7. Once set, your festive pretzel treats are ready to serve.

Notes

Store the pretzel treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
