- Prepare your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Set up and turn on the ice cream maker.
- Pour the Greek yogurt into the machine. Let it churn until it is creamy and cold but not frozen solid, about 8-10 minutes.
- If you are using plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt, prepare the sweetener. In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup half and half with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring often, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Whisk this mixture into the 32-ounce container of Greek yogurt. Then, pour this sweetened yogurt mixture into the ice cream maker as directed above.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes
For the best frozen yogurt texture, serve it right after it comes out of the ice cream maker. If you freeze it after making, it can become icy and hard. Keep in mind that ice cream makers vary, so your yogurt might take more or less time to reach the desired consistency. Also, your freezer's temperature can affect freezing time.
