Ingredients
  

For the Yogurt Bites
  • 500 g Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon Curd
  • 1 tablespoon Fruit Coulis any flavor
  • 100 g Blueberries divided

Method
 

  1. Place the Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl and stir in the lemon curd and fruit coulis.
  2. Fold in half of the fresh blueberries.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into 12 silicone cases.
  4. Top with the remaining fresh blueberries.
  5. Freeze for 2 hours before eating. Store in the freezer.
