- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients: cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti squash, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of bacon crumbles. Spread this mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top the casserole with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles. Sprinkle the chopped chives over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.

Notes
You can substitute shredded turkey for the chicken. Any cooked low-carb vegetable like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, or zucchini can be used in place of spaghetti squash. To reheat, warm in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
