Method
- Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine.
- If using, whisk together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Dollop on top of the oats.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Stir before serving. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
