Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup or other sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. If using, whisk together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Dollop on top of the oats.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Notes

You can customize your overnight oats with your favorite toppings like nuts, seeds, or fresh fruit.
