- In a bowl, beat the crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla sugar with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Roughly crumble the cookies.
- Alternately layer the raspberries, crumbled cookies, and crème fraîche mixture into four dessert glasses.
- Chill the layered dessert for at least 3 hours. Shortly before serving, sprinkle the crushed meringues over the top.
