For the Lasagne
  • 400 g Crème fraîche
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Spiced shortbread or amarettini cookies crushed
  • 300 g Frozen raspberries
For Topping
  • 30 g Meringues white and pink, crushed

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, beat the crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla sugar with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Roughly crumble the cookies.
  2. Alternately layer the raspberries, crumbled cookies, and crème fraîche mixture into four dessert glasses.
  3. Chill the layered dessert for at least 3 hours. Shortly before serving, sprinkle the crushed meringues over the top.
