- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Whisk in the ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat and let it thicken slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve immediately, topped with crumbled bacon and fresh parsley.
