Avocado Tuna Salad

A healthy and filling tuna salad recipe made with avocado.

Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad
  • 1 can (5 oz) Tuna, drained
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, red onion, celery, cilantro, and lime juice.
  2. Mash everything together with a fork until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

This tuna salad can be served on its own, in lettuce wraps, or on your favorite bread.
