Ingredients
  

For the Bowl
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt dairy-free if needed
  • 1/3 cup milk any kind
  • 1-2 Tablespoons flax meal
  • 1/3 cup flour gluten-free if needed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or stevia
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
Toppings
  • raspberries strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas
  • nut butter syrup, greek yogurt, salted butter, chia jam

Equipment

  • 12-14 ounce glass dish or ramekin
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-14 ounce glass dish or ramekin with nonstick spray.
  2. Add all of the ingredients for the bowl to a mixing bowl and mix well until combined. Arrange your desired toppings on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the pancake bowls are set in the middle and slightly golden brown.
  4. Cool for 5-10 minutes, then serve in the dish with any additional toppings.

Notes
