Air Fryer Steak Bites and Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Mushrooms
  • 8 oz Cremini mushrooms halved or quartered if large
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Bowl

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, toss the mushrooms with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket with the steak bites. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the mushrooms are tender.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
