Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops about 1-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the chops are golden brown.
  7. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
