- Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space between them for even cooking.
- Place the basket into the air fryer and start cooking for 18-22 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs halfway through cooking, around the 10-minute mark, and continue for an additional 8 minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the chicken.
