  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space between them for even cooking.
  4. Place the basket into the air fryer and start cooking for 18-22 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs halfway through cooking, around the 10-minute mark, and continue for an additional 8 minutes.
  6. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the chicken.
